What I’ve been saying all along….

The Dish

Steve Clemons nails the compulsive interventionist for his enthusiastic support of various Sunni powers backing the insurgency against Assad in Syria:

“Thank God for the Saudis and Prince Bandar,” John McCain told CNN’s Candy Crowley in January 2014. “Thank God for the Saudis and Prince Bandar, and for our Qatari friends,” the senator said once again a month later, at the Munich Security Conference. McCain was praising Prince Bandar bin Sultan, then the head of Saudi Arabia’s intelligence services and a former ambassador to the United States, for supporting forces fighting Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria. McCain and Senator Lindsey Graham had previously met with Bandar to encourage the Saudis to arm Syrian rebel forces.

And where did that support end up? Clemons fingers former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan for funding ISIS, which he suspects was the reason Bandar resigned that post in February:

As one senior Qatari official stated, “ISIS has…

Benghazi vs St. Louis

On September 11, 2012, in a coordinated and planned attack, Islamic terrorists attacked and destroyed a US compound in Libya, killing (and torturing Mr. Stevens) four Americans. No aid was offered to the surrounded Americans, who fought of the attack, which lasted approximately seven hours. The official White House response to the attack, from King Barry on down, was to blame an obscure and unknown YouTube movie that was not flattering towards the religion of piece. The movie was so horrible that it caused peaceful protesters to pull rocket propelled grenade launchers, mortars, and machine guns out of their asses and go justifiably ape-shit. The US government, working at a fast pace, sent in the FBI to research the scene. The FBI arrived THREE WEEKS later.

Fast forward to Ferguson, Missouri, August 9, 2014… An unarmed teenager is shot and killed by a police officer, with varying reports as to whether the teenager was simply standing with his arms in the air, or whether he was fighting with the officer and going after his gun. The facts are not available as of this time. However, within five days the President came out to state he was sending in the FBI and the Department of Justice (Dept. of Fast and Furious) to take charge of the situation on the ground in Missouri; and oddly, unlike in the Benghazi incident, the President nor his minions ever managed to blame the entire incident on any obscure third party. Regardless, within one week the FBI and DOJ are on the scene.

In one case, four Americans in a United States compound are murdered and the compound destroyed, no help is sent for them, the President and his gang blame an innocent man (still imprisoned?) and wait for a near lunar cycle to get some ‘investigator’ on site. In the other case, a young man is shot by a police officer, with very little reliable proof released to the public. An emaciated, wealthy, news commentating-race-baiter (who bears a striking resemblance to the Heat Miser) shows up, and viola: Riots ensue, along with looting (because stolen sneakers are the true flag of civil unrest and social dissent). No third party gets blamed and the President fast tracks fast tracks the FBI and DOJ to the scene.

And for those who complain (mostly Obama voters and often rightly) that this police shooting is yet another example of the increased militarization and excessive use of force incidents of the police departments across this country, they need only look back to July of 2008, when a young and less gray-headed B. Obama stated how he wanted a “civilian army” that was as well funded and armed as the military. Could this aggressive, new-look police across that is seen all over the country part of his “fundamental change”? An unfortunate and forgotten side dish that was promised along with an extra special helping of hope and change? Or could it be that the police are finding ways to wiggle out of the laws of The Constitution, Ala King Barry himself?

Nah, that’s just crazy talk.
